Job Brief
Lead Instructional Designer with 3-4 years of experience
Work with the head of client ID and various SPOCS/SMEs to understand the raw content and business requirements
Use sound ID principles to create effective and engaging learning content for various modes games, simulation, e-learning, micro learning etc.
Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
Work with subject matter experts to obtain relevant learning materials
Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them
Create visual storyboards with easy-to-understand audio narration
Work closely with Senior IDs to seek feedback and improvise the learning content
Take responsibilities to maintain consistency and quality throughout and across the projects
Analyse and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
Ensure that the project deliverables are on time and at the required level of quality
Maintain and organize the project files in the repository.
Requirements
Competencies
Proficient with a variety of e Learning development tools, course authoring tools and video editing tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud and Camtasia.
Should have a high-level hands-on experience on Learning Management System.
Proven technical writing and editing skills.
Excellent knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models and best practice
Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively influencing and working with both business and technical audiences.
